Frequently Asked Questions

Each rehearsal room is equipped with at least 2 guitar and 1 bass amp, a PA system, 3 microphones and XLR cables and a drum kit. Just bring your instrument, jack leads and breakables! Fold down chairs and stools are also available.

We always aim to meet everyone's expectations, however it is important to note that all bookings are subject to occasional room swaps - due to repairs, malfunctions, cancelations etc. Any changes made will come at no extra cost to the customer.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, which means if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled booking, you are still required to pay the full fee. However, if you cancel before that window, it's completely free of charge! Please note, we consider no-show's as a form of last minute cancellation, and we handle this in the same way. Should customers need to cancel, we ask that you do so by phone call!

As well as stairs,  there is a lift which you can access by bypassing the stairs  which will easily allow you access to the studio. Just ring the buzzer to ask! Our doorways are approximately 32 inches wide, which should accommodate wheelchairs and if anyone requires a seat with back support, we are more than happy to provide this. There is plenty of space for smoking downstairs in the Summerhall courtyard. Please ensure that everything you smoke is legal!

Tonegarden have a little shop, which offers a range of canned water and fizzy juice. Fancy a hot drink, or water bottle refill? Just ask a member of staff. :)
